Company HolidaysOffered to employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week. We observe 7 paid full-day holidays and two paid half-day holidays per year. Employees who work between 30 and 37.5 hours per week are paid on a percentage of full-time hours worked basis for each day or half-day. For example, if a part-time employee works 30 hours per week you will be paid for 80% of a full-day holiday or 7.5 hours x (30/37.5) equals 6 hours paid per full-day holiday.
