• Highlights of the Plan :
Employees can contribute 1% to 15% (up to Internal Revenue Service limits) of their annual compensation on a pretax basis.

• Broad Range and Flexibility in Investment Options :
Investment options include: 19 mutual funds and U.S. Treasury zero coupon bonds. The plan allows employees the flexibility to allocate investments in any percentage increments.

• Convenient Account Access :
Employees have the flexibility to access their accounts and make changes through a telephone voice-response system or web site, virtually 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
